This makes for interesting reading. Could this be why the City is so adamant in keeping the Temporary WWT facility on Steven Drive? It appears the DCA axed the City’s plans for the permanent facility.

I appears they have taken Ordinance 1265 off the city's website since yesterday. Before it was taken down I noted that the document was created back on Aug. 18, 2010. It was created for the Special Meeting on Aug. 23 where they voted it down 4-1. The Orlampa contraction item is still on the agenda for tonight's meeting, though, along with the Mt. Olive Shores North petition for contraction.
