NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE A CIVIL ACTION
BB&T Bank, Governmental lending, Orlando Florida Division
Re: Polk City Florida Request for Loan
This letter is being sent to you as a courtesy. Your bank is hereby notified a civil complaint will be filed in the 10th Judicial Court of Polk County Florida.
A civil action is being filed against you for the following reason:
- Polk City has a current credit application with your Bank
- That the requested dollar amount is believed to be for 2.68 million dollars
- 2.68 million dollars will only serve as to compound the financial hardship Polk City as a government body and the citizens of Polk City are currently undergoing
- Therefore, 2.68 million dollars will have a direct effect on the citizens of Polk City FL, compounding the financial hardship already being suffered enacted by the current city council for the purpose of generating revenue to pay the debts owed prior to Polk City submittal of their application for credit from your Bank.
Therefore, Based on the actions taken by the current City Mayor, Acting City Manager Trudy Block, and council. Your approval of Polk City application will cause the cost of living to increase due to Polk City needing to cover the payment to your bank.
Your Bank will be released from the above-mentioned matter by forwarding a copy of the denial of credit letter sent to City of Polk City Florida.
Please call 863-608-0428 if you have any questions in regards to the above matter.
Mr. Robert W. Bersey
P.0 Box 1321
Polk City, FL 33868
I hereby certify that on this 7th day of November 2010, a true and exact copy has been e-mailed to BB&T Bank, Governmental lending, Orlando Florida Division
God bless you Mr. Bersey...and thank you!!!!
ReplyDeleteI ALSO E-MAILED THEM TO LET THEM KNOW IF THEY APPROVE I WILL REMOVE ALL MY DEPOSITS. I KNOW IT WON'T BREAK THEM BUT EVERY LITTLE BIT HELPS
ReplyDeleteThank You , Thank You, Thank You. If you need funds to do this let us know how to contact you.
ReplyDeleteNice angle. Someone needs to notify the bank of all pending matters in our city. Suntrust must have turned them down so now their trying BB&T because theres a branch here. Hopefully someone at the bank will see this blog and hear about the mounds of pending litigation and deny the loan. I dont trust the people who represent us and for the life of me cant figure out their agenda, that leads me to believe this is all ego driven. I have lived in this city for 35 years and never thought I would ever see it get this bad. Someone please help us.
ReplyDeleteI have requested the city explain how they justify charging me $ 53.50 per month for water when the house meter is shut off. I also own a lot that has a irrigation meter. The meter to the lot is locked off and the charge for the irrigation (15 min. 1 day wk.) is $ 83.81 monthly (when combined with $ 53.50 for the locked off meter) They claim it is for "maintenance" of the system because we are a customer. I am an electric customer as well, but my electric bill when not in use is a realistic $ 9.91 per month. Polk City government is abusing their taxing authority and it is time to stop this abuse.
